Official Terms and Conditions
 

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Mountain Brand Ice, a business operating in Ogden, Utah. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
 

2. Eligibility
To enter, you must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years of age or older, with a valid Instagram account in good standing and compliant with Instagram’s Terms of Use. Employees (current or former), officers, directors, and immediate family members of Mountain Brand Ice are not eligible.
 

3. Giveaway Period and Monthly Drawings
This is a three-part giveaway series consisting of three separate monthly drawings. One (1) winner will be selected at the end of each month for three consecutive months:
 

• Month 1: June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM through June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM
• Month 2: July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM through July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM
• Month 3: August 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM through August 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM
 

All dates and times are stated in [Mountain/Pacific] Time. Each monthly drawing is a separate giveaway with its own entry period. Entries submitted outside a given month’s entry period will not count toward that month’s drawing. Entries do not carry over between months; you must enter separately each month to be eligible for that month’s drawing. The specific entry period for each month will also be stated in the corresponding giveaway post.
 

4. How to Enter
Complete the entry steps described in each monthly giveaway post. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Automated, programmatic, or bulk entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
 

5. Prize
For each monthly drawing, one (1) winner will receive $250.00 USD in cash, for a total of three (3) prizes of $250.00 awarded across the series. Prizes will be delivered by electronic transfer, for example Venmo, PayPal, cash or check or other commercially reasonable means. The winner may be required to provide information necessary to receive payment. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at Mountain Brand Ice’s sole discretion.
 

6. Winner Selection
For each month, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that month’s entry period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received that month.
 

7. Winner Notification
Each winner will be contacted via direct message within 7 days of that month’s drawing and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
 

8. Winner Verification
Before a prize is awarded, Mountain Brand Ice may require the selected winner to verify eligibility, including age, U.S. residency, and that the entry was submitted in compliance with these terms. Mountain Brand Ice may disqualify any winner who cannot be verified or who provides false information, and may select an alternate winner.
 

9. Taxes
Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on their prize.
 

10. Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner grants Mountain Brand Ice permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
 

11. Limitation of Liability
Mountain Brand Ice is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries; technical failures; unauthorized intervention; or any injury or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance.
 

12. Right to Modify or Cancel
Mountain Brand Ice reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate any or all of the monthly drawings if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupts the administration, security, or fairness of the giveaway.
 

13. Disqualification
Mountain Brand Ice reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these terms, or acts in a disruptive manner.
 

14. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Utah courts.
 

15. Instagram / Meta Release
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Direct any questions to Mountain Brand Ice, not to Instagram or Meta.
 

16. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely to administer the giveaway and deliver prizes. It will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
